It was pretty much the last major platform without our feathered friends, but it’s officially here. Angry Birds on Windows Phone 7. Angry Birds for Windows Phone 7 includes 165 levels compared to the 255 available to other major mobile platforms, but it is getting Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE integration with the support of achievements for Xbox LIVE gamers.
You may remember that Rovio and Microsoft had a minor tift when a promotional image ran in February showing an Angry Birds icon on the Microsoft site suggesting the game would be available at launch. Microsoft claimed the image was a mockup and not meant to go live and was quickly removed. The eventual release was still confirmed, though it seemed to be pushed back multiple times.
Angry Birds is available now, priced at $2.99.

And they are suppose to release it for the remaining major platforms, X Box 360, DS, 3DS, and Wii, at some point. No idea when, though.
so we finally have angry birds, when will they open up seasons? cant just have the one set o birds…need more!
When will we be geting the updates (eg. Mighty eagle, new levels, seasons, etc). Anny information would be apreciated.
I have not heard Rovio confirm either Seasons or Rio for WinPhone. Also, I would think it will be quite some time before the Mighty Eagle lands there. Android / Mac / PC / Ovi should be next in line.
