Angry Birds Birdday Party Cake 3 Level 6 (19-6) Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Birdday Party (Birthday Party) level 19-6 is to loft the first Blue bird over the leftmost tower and into the second tower. This should cause both TNT cakes to expand, clearing the pigs on the left side. Fling another Blue and one Pink bird straight ahead to clear what remains. Make sure you tally up those precious damage points! The score in the video below is 75,850.

This one seems to be a lot of luck. Throw blue trough the first tower and try to hit the bottom of the next one. Then throw the second blue to clear whatever is left. If you get really lucky, scores over 100k are possible.

Holy moley, @cal010. That’s a mind-bending score. I was going to post the same tip about going through the empty space above the first pig, but only as a route to scores in the 85-90k range with four birds. 105k is on a whole other level. I’ve seen hints of the kind of lucky cascade you got, but it never continued long enough in my case.

Anyway, my suggestion for this level is basically just to rack up as many damage points as possible. There are a few ways to use the first two birds for this purpose, but I prefer to do what Cal suggests and shoot the first one through the first tower. Results vary, but it’s possible to collapse the first two towers this way, and that makes the second bird a matter of sweeping as much glass debris as possible. If you only collapse the first tower, split the second bird early-ish to break the bottom support while destroying as much material as possible on top. At this point, a couple of outcomes are possible.

1) The structure on the right mostly survives. The key here is the pink birds. The debris field always looks a little different each time, but you want to have a nice pocket in which to nestle the bird, preferably at the top left of the surviving structure. the idea is really just to destroy that structure with the two birds by first lifting and destroying the top layer, and then lifting and destroying the bottom layer, even with all pigs gone. You can get as much as 90k this way, I think (my best was 86k with a cake surviving).

2) You get lucky and your second shot collapses not only the second tower but also the right structure, by having one birdlet bounce through the two vertical glass planks to the left of the brown cake. This works best if your first bird leaves the base of the second tower standing but takes out the top, so that you can direct at least two birdlets through the base on the second shot. A two-birder like Cal’s is possible this way. If one of the pigs survives, just improvise a shot with the pink bird, but you may well get very little destruction. It’s hard to optimize this shot with to little opportunity to practice, but hey, at this point, you’re already guaranteed a good score, so don’t worry about it.

I used a variation of this for 94k: First bird at first tower. Split half way to destroy most of it + popcorn. So far very repeatable.

Second bird low, late split to undermine the second tower to make it crash down. This can give a two-birder for 80-90k, but often it pays to use a pink bird as well. Results after second bird are highly variable. For my high score I had a large pool of damaged glass and popcorn in the middle, and sent pink bird to the middle of it.

Generally this strategy is pretty repeatable for 85-90k scores.

three birds for 101,090. what i did:

first bird as @f91jsw says (one bird below the wood, two above it; i was playing to destroy the lower part of the left structure so as to get enough out of the way for the second shot). this cleared the left structure, popped the tnt-cake, and its foam/popcorn and most of the glass were mostly taken out by the top of the second structure falling on top of it.

second bird low all the way to the brown cake (low because in my experience i could only make the top or middle of the three birds, after splitting, get there). this made the middle part collapse, but kept the rightmost pig and the structure it sits in.

third bird in a small hole underneath the structure of the pig, to which access had opened up (this was quite lucky, on other occasions access to it was blocked. then one has to use another bird to get stuff out of the way), lifting lots of material (if you’re not in the hole then you don’t lift enough material below) destroying it upon falling down.

Used a number of good tips from @f91jsw and vuelva to take down the left glass structure but the key is to get one of the blue birds to take out the glass to the left and under the brown cake. The fall of the structure adds the additional points to get in the 90K and above range. With the fall and opening under the two right side green pigs also helps in gaining addtional points.

Thanks for the good strategy @AustinRHL, got 93K on the first try!! Exactly like you mentioned, a small opening should be present in order to utilize Stella’s abilities correctly. They lift a good pile and everything comes crashing down. Btw, the cakes are important too.

These two tips are what you need to get a high score :D

@comex666 thanks for sharing. While I couldn’t quite replicate a two birder I managed to get it in three. First bird over the tower and between the two tnt’s splitting late. Falling debris took out the whole left side. Bird two high again and splitting late to take out the rest of the debris in the middle and break the two glass bars in front of the chocolate cake. Stella over to the right to pick up the remaining right structure and scatter it over the rest. Luck definitely plays a huge role as the TNT stuffing is unpredictable but if you get a good first shot the next one or two are easier.

Stella on through to get more debris. Back to it now, but not sure I’ll catch higher before end of challenge tonight. It is still fun – the Triplets really slide right through the glass when they hit just right.

I have a strategy with 3 birds but you need to be real quick with the 3rd bird.

Anyway, here it is.

The first bird is used to topple the left tower. Launch and split shortly after like this: http://angrybir.de/1aYsUZh

The second bird is used to clear the debris in front and to go as far as the brown cake (getting it is better but not necessary for a highscore).
It should look like this: http://angrybir.de/1aYtlCN

Now comes the tricky part.

As soon a the second bird is triggered you must quickly send the 3rd bird flying in the back so that it lands on top of the right platform before it topples.
If done properly a good part of the platform is lifted leading to more destruction and higher scores. Here is a screenshot of the trajectory and the lifting: http://angrybir.de/154yBzd

And here is the result: http://angrybir.de/154zbgk

And the final score: http://angrybir.de/154zpnu

That’s not *the* highscore but it is enough for me ;-)

Hope it helps.

108420 with 4 birds. Revisited.

A different strategy.
First bird to the bottom of the tower, splitting late. This can destroy both wood blocks, trigger the TNT and clear the path for the second bird.
Around 22k+ is possible after this one. Here is the trajectory and the result.

Then the second bird is sent and split like this.
The idea is to destroy the glass block steps with the bottom bird, while the middle one is going toward the brown cake. Not necessarily getting it, but that’s not really important.

Then high arc Stella in front of the right platform that may have started to topple. You can clear the level with this one like this, but that’s not always the case.

So I send the second Stella just under the platform plank to topple it and lift all the stuff below.

Here is the trajectory and the final result for my best score.

And the highscore screenshot.

Hope it helps.

109620 with 4 birds, using a minor variation of the shots described above. As always, thanks for the very helpful screenshots.

The first bird straight ahead with the bottom blue hitting the glass under the wood block in the left tower and the other two passing through the upper part, sometimes making the middle tower fall left, though this is not required.

The second bird is like in Asher’s second strategy, with the middle blue smashing the brown cake and the bottom one breaking the glass above the 3 stacked wood blocks at the bottom.

Then for the third I like to aim a little bit more to the left, below where the right tnt used to be, but of course you should also use your own insight if there is an obvious better spot. It all depends on how the towers fall.

Now, preferably there is still 1 pig left so you don’t have to rush the fourth bird, which is the same as Asher’s fourth one. Stella needs to bury into the remaining structure on the far right and lift it onto the debris in the middle.
