Ahhh, this one stars my favorite Destructive Duo, Bubbles and Bomb, AKA OB&BB. We only need two sow the seeds of destruction and reap a score of 135430. Check out the video below.
Send OB in a medium arc to penetrate deep into the upper structure. His expansion scatters wood, stone, and pigs alike. Next, BB goes low blasting it to bits and turning the remaining pigs into piggie poofs. Another OB&BB hang out by the sling and collect another 20K.

1st medium arc to the top structure with the goal of landing on the big pig in the middle. I aim for the pink frosted wooden block and get usually get close.
2nd to the bottom barely missing the overhang. If you can land on the pig in the middle you should get a pretty good score.
Basically used the same strategy for two birds. Usually looked for 60-70k for the first bird. Landing the second bird on the pig was challenging because the structure was difficult to break. Fun level to play!

1st Same arc as walkthrough but I activate the moment bubbles hits the brown wood block. If done right, the middle of the upper structure will completely disintegrate.
2nd Exactly the same as walkthrough.
3rd down through the left glass structure. manually expand when bubbles hits the ground so he skates toward the rubble in the middle. With some luck the deflating body will give a few extra points.
Nice description @angrychicken and congrats on another great score. I was just coming here to mention your second hint. I definitely had better luck once I finally manually activated OB.

Orange bird to upper level, through the pink vertical plank, and settles in middle of platform. Black bird to lower stone level. 146k
150420 with 2 birds.
First Bubbles through the cupcake so that he rests on the wood plank touching the vertical brown wood block. Self inflation.
A good result is something like this.
Then Bomb like the video, and this is the final result.
I also got good scores using the second Bubbles quite low into the left structure, letting him roll in the pit. With luck he can clear the pit while deflating.

153670/3. 1st through top of cake, let self-expand for 80k+. 2nd a bit lower than video, such that BB takes out pig in square stone, and explodes there (does not roll to the right), for 120k+ (the idea is a division of labour, the 2nd cleaning up the left, the 3rd the right of the bottom structure). 3rd just below roof (make daylight in sling just disappear), towards debris in the middle expanding a bit before impact (always gets you 10k, but may get much more (20k) when bird continues to the right), for 140k+ damage, and a 150k+ score. already broke the previous top score (150420) with 4 birds, when the 1st left one pig on top but i continued to play on (had 79k damage) just to see, getting 143k after the 3rd, so cleaned up the (pig on) top with the 4th for a 150.5k score. moreover, got my current best after only 77k after the 1st, so 160k should be doable.

A pretty soft top score I think, given @vuelva‘s superior 3 bird strategy and his having removed his much better high score from the list. I was able to get above 151k without too much of a struggle. There may be more points here so I’ll hang around a bit.

149130 damage after 3rd bird for a final score of 159130. Just shy of 160k but was unlucky not to get it: have had 145k+ damage after the 3rd with 1 pig surviving. previous best score of 155430 (as visible in the screenshot) was with 4 birds.
Well, I did say my efforts, not yours @vuelva. You can have the trophy if you want. Can’t see myself beating that great score.
Only testing whether my claim was realistic, 8 years later. It was, though by a different strat as shown by the screenshot; 150k+ every few minutes. Repeat for a while (<1 day), until both deflations are favourable, and you're sure to beat 160k.
Not sure which screenshot you are referring to @vuelva. To confirm, are you are saying 160k possible using your 3 bird “division of labour” approach?
I was referring to the screenshot of the 149130 damage as in my post (in my browser, that text is in blue indicating that it’s the text of a hyperlink; so click on it).From the screenshot it’s clear that the 3rd bird was to the top not to the bottom, deviating from the previous strat.
That is, to firm (disconfirm is what I mean but sounds wrong; opposites (de/dis and con) should cancel each other out), that’s not what I was saying, though what I am saying still is a division of labour approach, but with the first 2 shots low (reset if below, say, 65K after 2; 75K is very good) and the 3rd to the top. Having 2 OBs as essential part of one’s strat is deflationary at times, say after finally getting 75K after 2 and then the 3rd just soaring into the sky without doing much damage at all.

This is a marvellous way of doing it @vuelva, 150k is very easy if you can nail the first shot which is to inflate early and cleanly destroy the left hand half of the lower stonework. If you get the bonus of destroying some of the left hand glass as well, then 155k can be regularly within reach. Second shot destroying the right hand stone work is straightforward and repeatable. Luck required on the third bird to the top but you were correct, 160k is possible.
