Think I’ll be spending the next month on I Player-too much good stuff.Did catch Pulp though and it’s turning into a right old Britpopfest.Keep expecting Oasis or Albarn to pop up.Are The 1995 playing?

Watched Amyl and the Sniffers (most Aussie band of all time), Pulp (brilliant) and Neil Old (material from 1964 to 2020!). Thought Beabadoobee was excellent too.

Catching up with some glasto via I Player and Anohni and the Johnsons(formerly Antony) played a good set.Not only has he morphed into a woman but also a jazz/funk marine biologist.Weird and wonderful in my opinion.

Very rock ‘n’ roll @desperate-dan but good to hear something new from Wet Leg.Can’t explain my liking for The 1975 it’s the kind of band I’d normally give a wide berth to but they seem to scratch an itch.Best not to analyse these things.

I watched a bit of The 1975 early on. Then they did an intro that was pure Coldplay and I was out of there, man. But I get it, they are about as good as any really popular modern band is.
