How do you get the treasure chests on Level 2-15. I can’t find this info ANYWHERE!!

I’ve tapped and tapped but to no avail!
On Level 12 it seems nearly impossible to ajust the woodpecker (3rd shot) properly. Either the rightmost wall do not fall, or it falls without smashing the last pig, but even providing it additional cover.
Ikr? I’ve been trying to get 3 stars on that level for so long…do you have any tips on how to get the 3rd bird to hit it the right way?

this one is really hard it is the only one on level two that I dont have 3 stars….
I think I have done Level 2-12 at least 300 times…no joke. And no 3 stars, either. I can acknowledge many levels as very tough, but this one, I think, is unfairly scored. For the obscenely high scores so easily gotten on other levels, where the birds are more powerful, the structures weaker, this one is very stingily scored. It’s disappointing.
2 – 12 took a little while for me as well. The angle of the rocket bird is important. One thing I noticed that is not clearly defined in this video is the importance of WAITING FOR THE BLUE BIRDS TO DISAPPEAR! They act like unbreakable elements for the other birds. So if you’ve got four blue birds chillin above the point of entry for your rocket bird, he isn’t to make it through.

I’ve notice that the third stick that is supportinf the foundation isn’t in rock as they show in the video, but in my phone, it is in WOOD. So, when yellow bird hit it, it brakes instead of hitting right pig. Hum…
Yes, this was a level that changed slightly in the v1.6.0 update to sync its format with Mac/PC. I can confirm, however, that the basic strategy is the same and it is still possible to 3-star the level.
ok, I’m gonna whine here on 2-12!! I didn’t even purchase the game til AFTER the 1.6.0 update. On iPad My 2-12 has the left stone and right wooden plank uprights between those pesky pigs!!!! I’ve been aiming that velocibird forever, nicking the wooden plank and toppling the right wall. Just not enough oomph to get the pigs!!!!! Great big waaaaaaah! Argh
2-12 is going to be the death of me. It’s the only PE level I need to beat to get the 3-star Golden Egg…my 5 year old is begging me to git ‘er done…and I can’t! Argh! I, too, have the left-rock, right-wood columns, and have not had any success with this technique.
Just keep at it. After whining all weekend it finally worked on Monday.

After watching how to do it and learning a few tricks I was able to pass the level I was stuck on… I wasnt about to give up….
completed ALL levels. Now going back to get 3 stars on all of them. Might frustrating. Videos are just a guide, have cleared levels with 3 stars using diff method of attack. Level 2-12 is a killer!!
I don’t even know how I got 55,210 with 2 stars on 2-12!! Can’t get 3 stars for the life of me.

Wow, I have scoured that walkthrough, stop-motion, slow motion, reverse motion. I’ve done it on Droid X and on my PC, and I can NOT get 2-12, no matter what. I don’t mind a challenge, but I’m feeling cheated. Love my birds, though! Got 3-1; watch how arced and high the red bird comes down on that TNT.
Like Miss Kate, I have watched the walkthrough REPEATEDLY (Gawd love those walkthroughs) when I can NOT clear a level on my own, I go to the walkthroughs. VERY, VERY helpful. However…I can’t even repeat the score I got originally with 2 stars. I just completed getting 3 stars on the entire “Go Green, Get Lucky” in “Seasons” and gradually working my way to 3 stars on every level. I keep coming back to this furschlugginer 2-12 I am NOT going to let this one level drive me over the edge of insanity…oh, who am I kidding? It’s ALREADY done it!!
Well, David, you’re wa-a-ay ahead of me in Go Green! But…unbelievably…I got three stars in 2-12 on my PC last night! A few minutes after logging my last complaint, here. I have NO CLUE how I did it…’twas the luck o’ the Irish, mayhaps? I think I must partially attribute it, too, to being completely relaxed. I had kvetched all I could on here about not getting it, and when I went back to it, I was just in a, Who cares, have fun! state of mind. Bingo! Dead pigs, three stars! Now, I’ll never repeat that on my phone….
Well good for you Miss Kate! when I sit down to fling a few birds, I start with that cursed 2-12! Then bounce around going for the stars where ever I don’t have all 3. Keeps me SOMEWHAT sane. Keep flinging them there boids!! And congrats again!

I completed poached eggs with 3 stars on all levels, but my golden egg won’t pop up ?

Well Kate, took yur advice. Stayed away from 2-12 for 4 days. (been having fun getting Total D with the Eagle) just now went back to 2-12 with a “who cares” attitude…..and nailed the 3 stars with 67,000! I’d scream Woowoo, but I’ll settle for an “Atta-boy”

Did you check your golden eggs? Once you get the egg once, it won’t show up again. Go to the golden egg page and see if you have a shadow egg with a treasure chest. If so, THEN you have an issue. If no such egg is on your page, you already have it. See Golden Egg #6 on the golden egg page.
Level 2-12 only look me literally like 400 tries. I finally got 3 stars following the video. Biggest hint is to wait for all the blue birds to disappear, and then aim of the yellow bird is really the winner.
on level 2-12, there are the two stone blocks in between the two pigs. However, on my game, the right stone block is a wooden plank, making it too light to fall on and crush the right pig. Any ideas?
Must be another v1.6.0 tweak. Keep plugging away at it.
I spotted this too – is it an error or can you still get 3 stars with the wooden plank instead of the stone plank?
Yes, I can confirm that all levels of Poached Eggs are still 3-star-able post-v1.6.0.
…damm speedster…Used the suggested method up above. It’s all about the yellow bird angle, flip it up high and let it dome down in middle.

These guys at Rovio must have weird senses of humor.. Level 2-11 must be the absolutely easiest 3 star level. In fact, I’m not sure you can clear the level without scoring at least the 69,000 required points… Then they follow it up with 2-12 which is probably the hardest 3 star level.. Sick Dudes…
After you clear all the ice with the bluebirds aim the yellow bird high. The trick is to have it just tick the end of the short upright stick upon entry. I can score in the 60k plus range almost every time.

Ok, 2-12 is driving me BATTY, much like a lotta other people on this forum!! Also, noticed something: I’m playing ABs on an ipod 4 & the vertical stone slab to the left of the right bird is made of WOOD. Anyone else notice this? Possibly an update from Rovio to make the right side of the fortress topple easier? I think I’ve gotten the right wall of the fort to topple only twice & BOTH times it wasn’t enough to crush the left side pig. Think I might go w/the Mighty Eagle…
Yes, this level was slightly tweaked in the v1.6.0 (Mine and Dine) update. The strategy is basically unchanged tho.

For those wanting to get a three star on 2-12..here’s a little tip…Throw the first two blue birds in an almost vertical position but it must break the ice…once youve done tht…its gonna be easy to aim the third bird(yellow bird)..
That’s exactly what I did too multiple times and it finally worked. I saw it was working out good so I kept trying
Got 72190 on 2-15 cuz of random bomb killed them all and had 3 extra bombers left over. On 2-14 i got 56570 with only two shots. xD crazy
Omg I just finally beat 2-12 with 62,690 with 3 stars. I’ve been trying since lastnight. My patience was draining. Horrible. I’m so happy. I beat it with the method on the video
2-12 was horrible, even after watching the walkthrough. But I got it eventually… Just took persistence and good angles.
I can’t get 3 stars on 2-12. I’ve used the two blue birds to clear off all of the glass, and high-arched the first yellow bird down into the right side pig HUNDREDS of times, literally. It has never caused the right side stones to fall on the left side pig. No matter how many times I hit it, even if I keep going with the second and third yellow birds even though I know I can’t get 3 stars that way… the right side stones stay up, or fall right.
On Level 2-11, I just TRASHED the level with 98,700 Points! I also had 1 bird left.
2-15: top two at 96570 seem a bit high from the rest of the pack.
Were they confirmed ? If so, forgive me.
One user was removed outright. The other, I’m not sure. Will send an inquiry tonight.
2-12: Every time I play, I get 1000 points higher, but I never reach three stars!
keep at it and it will happen.
Try to do it with three birds.
Most important is to beat the 60,000 threshold to get three stars.
