Also if you go to level 12-8 there is a glitch if you throw the fish for the eagle onto the slingshot platform, the platform stays up. I just thought it was cool.

can you use the mighty eagle on all levels or just the one? Anf if you can use it on different levels do you have to buy it again each time?
What do u ise to buy the eagle? Do u just use points from the game?
You can use the eagle on any and all levels in the game. If you’ve beaten a level, you can use the eagle on it at any time and as many times as you want. However, if you haven’t cleared the level in the normal way and use the eagle to pass it, it will unlock the next level, but prevent you from using the eagle again for a while. I’m not sure if it stops eagle use for an hour, or if you have to clear the level normally before you can use it again. Hope this helps.
you only have to buy it once and you can use it on any previous levels (without waiting the hour) that u have beat and if u want to use it on a level that u havent beat than u have to wait an hour every time. also you can buy it once and use it multiple times
My 3 years old son loved the mighty eagle and helped me got over 10 x 100% feathers. ^ ^
That’s cool to hear. I actually created this site in part because my son and I–who was just over 2 at the time–loved Angry Birds. We set up levels in real life and he’d smash them down, but not before talking about how cool the level was for twenty minutes first.
hello guys, just being a good guy here and telling you where the ham ’em high golden eggs is: in level 12 – 12 there is a trophy like object in the middle of the level where the pigs are. All you have to do is brake that and you get the golden egg! Hope i have been a help, and bye the way mighty eagle looks EPIC! Bye!
ive gooten all 100% distruction feathers up to level 6-4 which is actualy impossible. i destoyd everything but one wooden block and it said distruction % 70%! whats with that…can anyone help shed some light on thee problem
Michael, I have 100% destruction on every game in the 6 series but #4 as well. I have been pretty frustrated myself wondering if it is a glitch or just an impossibility. Thanks for mentioning it so I didn’t feel like a loser.lol

Yes. And inconsistency in the % scoring sucks as well. Does anyone have any answers or are we going to have to have a computer solve it for us? I love this game but sometimes it feels as though every fling of a bird is in vain. I almost want to FLIP IT THE BIRD! Lol I’ve rattled off enough ” little bastards ” to last a lifetime.
6-4 is IMPOSSIBLE! i have spent hours on it today and i cannot get higher than 76%. they need to fix it.
100% on all but 6-4: only gotten to 81%
I reported it in the the App Store as a bug. It will probably be fixed with the next update just like 2-2 was impossible to get 3 stars. I have only been able to get 80% on level 6-4.

Until an update is released, 100% TD is not possible on 6-4.

Boy I sure hope that the android update comes soon. Maybe they will bundle the eagle and achievements together in one!
They definitely need a universal achievement and leaderboard system. The platform centric model they have right now means a large portion of the AB community can’t participate.

The BIG BIG problem with the Mighty Eagle is that there seems to be no clear cut rules on what constitutes 100% destruction and what does not.
I’ve cleared entire levels of every single block and pig (not a single one of either remaining) and only got 99% destruction, but then on the same level, had a wooden block remaining and got 100% destruction.
While the Mighty Eagle is seriously fun, its implementation has also been seriously flawed.
I hope the designers get around to implementing some clear-cut rules on what it means to get 100% destruction, because so far I’ve seen some very contradictory success. Levels where everything isn’t cleared, but am awarded Total Destruction, and levels where I have cleared everything and am awarded something less than 100%.
Just thought I’d let you all know I finished all levels 3 star just now (ham em high 15) and the golden egg level and I refuse to pay for an eagle…they wanna charge more for a silly unneeded upgrade??!!…. Shame on clickgamer! Lol
Rovio, not Clickgamer. You definitely don’t need the Mighty Eagle, but it does unlock a new game within the game. It’s not nearly as fun IMO, but all things considered I think they did a pretty good job and is definitely worth the $.99. It’s funny to me that most of us will go out to lunch and spend eight bucks without so much as a thought, but buying a game or upgrade for a whooping dollar can get us all riled up. Interesting indeed…
does anyone know how to turn off “mighty eagle is back in business” notification? it is kinda annoying and it beeps even when i `m not playing in the middle of the night,that`s not cool.any help would be much appreciated.
Nope. Rovio is aware of this though and I believe they plan on rolling out a fix with the next update.

I have a theory that Rovio has made 6-4 impossible to 100% to keep us playing. The next update may see us all suddenly able to do it. I’m an 18 egg, 3 star, 100%er on all levels bar 6-4 and think it’s a bit weird that I can’t get more than 82% despite clearing the entire level! But fair play to Rovio, I am a regular battery drainner and can’t wait for the next 30 levels to drain my battery.

Each day it taunts me.
Have 208 feathers, all except 6-4 and 8-15. Any hints on what to aim for on 8-15? I leave two blocks and it shows 35%!
Fire both yellow birds down the end to rebound off the bouncers and blow the TNT. Use the boomerang birds to get the two wooden boxes below the platform, blow up what ever you like with last bird and then select the MIGHTY EAGLE (HOO-RA). Launch the sardines just before the first bouncer on the ground (in front of the centre rock) Eagle will rebound up and take out the more commonly remaining blocks. If it doesn’t work the first time keep trying. It will work as I’ve just tried it. Good luck fellow battery drainer.
Thanks Snootch, when I remembered that this level had the egg hidden under the platform I figured I’d take out those blocks first. Two tries and I got 100%, piece of cake. 209 feathers.
BYW, I think that the 100% criteria is based on things like a small number of specific blocks to be destroyed, the total number or percentage of blocks destroyed or damaged or maybe just moved from their original spot. I’ve seen many levels where some blocks are untouched by the ME and still you get a feather. Such was the case for 8-15.
On to levels 13 and 14!
I have all feathers except 2-4 and 6-4. I understand there is a glitch associated with 6-4. Any advice on 2-4? Thanks.
Is there a level 13/14? I have been playing on an iPhone, have three stars on every level (1-12) have the 18 eggs and stars but levels 13/14 say coming soon. Also, how do people get so many points, I have nearly 17m but can see how a person could break into the top 25
Levels 13 and 14 should be out soon.
Some people have hacked the game and invented their own score! Levels 13 and 14 will be available on the next update. Happy battery draining.

any body knows how to get 100% destruction on 4-2 with mighty eagle?
I have been on 4-2 for about 2 weeks now, and I still only manage to get 99%. In fact, just this morning, I got 99% 3 times in a row… If you figured it out already or anyone else reading this has, please inform!! Thank you!
4-2 is pretty nails. I managed it after days of trying with a complete fluke. I wasn’t concentrating when I launched the sardines down and it seemed like th Mighty Eagle rolled more along the ground before bouncing back up.

This level is really ticking me off. I can’t get more than 94%, and it’s the only feather missing except for the broken level. Would appreciate any help at all!

It worked! Took a few tries, but I now have Total Eagle Destruction for all levels except the broken one. Soooooooo satisfying! Thanks!
help when is level13 and14 in ham ’em high going to be unlocked? I need more Angry Birds I have a full battery again.

Those levels will be coming in the next update. Hang tight. The Mighty Eagle is NOT required to pass and level. It can help you pass a level if you’re stuck or if you’re really gung ho you can try and get a feather (100% Total Destruction) on every level. It’s basically another challenge within the game.

ok, I have completed all levels on angry birds with 3stars so just bought the mighty eagle for something new to do in the game. However, i got to 1-3 and the game sort of crashed whilst trying to use the eagle and kicked me out. i went back in it and now its asking me to buy the eagle again?? anyone had this happen before or know who i complain to?
Dave, try plugging your phone/touch into iTunes. It should recognise that you’ve already bought the ME. Before you do mind, if it’s an iPhone you have hold down lock button and main button at the same time it’s the old iPod reset trick. Failing that plug into your computer. It might be worth mentioning the fault on the app review so Rovio know this happened. Hope this helps.

I DID IT!!! Cleared Migthy Eagle 4-2 only after about 10 attempts.
EASY just relax and you all can do it also.

i bought the mighty eagle recently and cant use it! The icon to use it is gone! Help!
If it is a level that you haven’t completed in normal play mode, you can only use the ME every hour. If it’s a level you have completed you should be able to use the ME whenever you like. If you have completed the level and still can’t use the ME, have a look at my reply to Dave a few coments up.

Hi Snootch, thank you for the advice in my last post. it is on the iphone 3gs. i did the reset trick and nothing happened. I then hooked it up to itune and again nothing however, i read on a trouble shooting guide on itunes that if you purchase the app again it wont bill you. I did this and although was dubious because you have to confirm the purchase again and enter your p/w etc.. it came up with a message saying that i had purchased the app in the past therefore its free!!!
So ‘V’ if thats also your problem all you need to do is purchase it again and itunes will recognise you have already bought it in the past and will not charge you!
TO HANDSOME2011: if no one has told you yet, I turned off the “Mighty Eagle Is Back In Business” alert by going to Settings, choose Notifications, chose Angry Birds, and then turn off Alerts. I turned Badges off too, but don’t really know what it is. Hope this helps.
I dont reckon they are going to do an update with Ham em high on for Android now. I mean how long has it been since the last update!
