Angry Birds Mighty Eagle Walkthrough Trophy Room Cherry Trophy

This video shows you one way to achieve 100% Total Destruction on the Angry Birds Rio Trophy Room Cherry Trophy. This is incredibly difficult, but it is possible and there are a few strategies that can be used. Be sure to see the strategies below in the comments. Our strategy is to loft the first Blue bird to bounce off the left umbrella, destroying the ice in the left structure. Speed the Yellow bird through the sand block supporting the boulders and into the TNT below. Use the next two birds to target the structure on the floating blocks above the level, and try to break a block on the left side with the Red bird. Now toss the sardine can to settle immediately next to the inner tube on the extreme right side of the level. You must destroy the inner tube to have any chance of earning the feather.

Very special thanks are due to @spoonmon and @mvnla2. Be sure to see their thread, which is the top thread in the comments below.

I tossed the sardine can over to the right corner where the big TNT was. You have to destroy most of the left side tower and the top of the 2 floating rocks. Destroying most of the left tower is most difficult as is getting ME to take out the inner tube.

Just got 100%. Seems the far right inner tube is the key! link: http://angrybir.de/13l4Hmk

It seems that taking out all of the top 2 floating rocks and then flinging the sardine can so it rests just in front of the inner tube is the key to 100%. As you can see in my 100% photo there is still a lot of debris on the left side.

Here’s another pic of TD on Cherry Trophy:

Notice that there is one square stone block left on right floating platform, so it is not necessary to get absolutely everything on both platforms.
This is what I did:
Blues in high arc just missing horizontal sand bar and small TNT; split about 1/2 way between TNT and umbrella. Should mostly hit right side of right umbrella and bounce up to take out TNT, red bird, ice plank and most of right structure on top of floating platform. (All of this structure is ideal, since it is hard to get otherwise.) A lot depends on luck, but don’t need to destroy everything on right.
If items remain on right floating structure, send YB in high arc, missing structure with round boulders to take out items remaining on right.
Otherwise, YB in lower arc, accelerate just before rod between sand bar and plank holding up stones. YB should be as close to floating platform as possible without hitting it. Will continue down and detonate TNT if still there. Falling stones will do a lot of damage to left structure.
3rd bird (blues): Shot depends on what remains. If round stones and wood structure still on top, can send blues on path similar to YB alternate above. DO NOT use blues to attack left structure if only left-most section remains; they are likely to release remaining birds, and you won’t have destroyed enough.
Second YB in medium arc. Would like to accelerate it to be as flat as possible while destroying anything that remains on top of left floating structure and right if necessary.
Final RB: High arc so that it hits just above center of left umbrella. This will send it back into left structure. Freeing remaining birds.
Summon sardine can immediately, or you will miss your chance.
Fling sardine can in medium arc to pass under left floating platform, miss umbrellas and stop just to left of inner-tube. If it hits tube too hard it will bounce too far away.
ME will take out inner-tube, and hopefully you will have enough destruction to get 100%

Should make it clear that I never would have gotten this without the tips from @spoonmon. Thanks again.
The inner-tube is the key, along with clearing most of the stuff on the floating platforms, but you need lots of other destruction as well.
Getting rid of all the round stones is not necessary, but doesn’t hurt. As Slim’s video shows, it is possible to get rid of all the round stones, with plenty of destruction, and still not get 100%. The only way I found to get rid of all the round stones is to leave the ones above the floating platform where they are and take them all out with a direct hit from ME. I’ve only done this with ME ascending through stones (as in video), but it might be possible to do with descending flight also. You would also need to make sure that the round stone on top of the TNT is destroyed, usually by luck with debris. Having done all that, Still didn’t get 100%. Would be interested to know if anyone able to take out all round stones and inner-tube AND get TD.

@AMSlimfordy — Interesting video, I think you have had even more left than I did. Sure would like to know how they calculate TD on this one. Your shots are different than mine, maybe more effective.

Finally managed to get 100% this morning following the video above but also threw in a TNT drop halfway through to ensure that extra debris was removed – can now relax!!! Thanks for the tips guys

Yay finally got the feather after another 2 days.

Thanks for the tips everyone.

I did it a fraction different after the first blue took out the bottom of floating cliffs I fired the yellow to the top of the floating cliffs took out the top then roled down the right hand side to explode the TNT and clear the right hand side. Next blue off the left umbrella took out the left tower. Then quickly fired yellow and red into left rubble. The lob the fish can to land on stone to right and guide ME to take out right tube.

Now I can go back to ice breaker.

This level is even more mean as you would think. I am on holiday without access to Internet – yes, that still is possible. After three days of getting more and more insane – when you miss the 100%, and that can happen, you have to wait an hour before the eagle button is back again. In stead of this you get a counter that counts back to zero – then you can try again. Today I had short access to the Internet and had a look on this page. One thing is sure, I have to arrange internet access.
By the way, at the moment I got 99% percent destruction.

By KAP

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You just made an old lady very happy. After hours and hours, I finally have 100%.

By Nick

Help, I have got 98 & 99 % so many times I’ve lost count. I have destroyed the inner tube, taken out everything on the two floating rocks and have less debris then the posts above but still do not get 100%! Is there something I’m missing?

By Zosete

Any ideas about getting it WITH power-ups? I don’t wanna waste a whole day with this ordeal, just complete my feather collection. TNT isn’t working that well. Big bird and Samba bird are useful for destroying the left tower, but I’m still stuck at 98%. Any surefire way to get it? It doesn’t mind how many power-ups are needed.

99% five times. This is a toughie. It was the first ME I tried for some reason and felt that if all of these new ones were this tough, it would take a while. But i did all the others quite easily. I’m sure I’ll eventually get this one, but boy, this is tough. And I really don’t want to use power-ps.

Done it – got 100% without using power-ups. It took a lot of repeating and a lot of luck!

Tried something a bit different.

1. Launch all birds with the intent and direction of destroying as much on the right side of the level as possible. If something in the left structure with the five bird cages was taken out, a bonus.

2. Place the Sardine Can on the left side of the bottom left vertical wood block, or into the lower right cage or upper left cage, depending on which one remains, in the left structure. Score of 100% at least twice.

Pics are in my album
