the game keeps stuck, connection error and even crash since last update. Every time I sent ticket to their customer support, they just reply with ‘check your internet, close background task, re-install the game, blar blar…’ They talk to me as if I’m a new player but actually I’ve played for 3 years. I think their customer service is becoming worse and worse, they repeat telling you something is wrong with your internet, your cellphone while they’re doing nothing at all! WTF!
