@datguygame @poptimus That’s what I did too for a long time. My main team used to be Rogues, Druid and whatever Red class was strongest or had best protection. For a long time for me that was Guardian as it protected all birds and banners for 3 turns. It took me a long time to get Paladin and up its Mastery.
Nowadays I rarely use venomous birds. I moved mostly to Elite Paladin for Red which is my mainstay in the areana. Then SeaDog for the massive attack damage for single strikes and rage attacks which affect all pigs and the banner. I usually complete it with Witch for her massive healing power or Elite Mage whan I need the protection of its Mana set.
In events like this week’s Return to the Jungle then I adapt. When there’s a lot of enemies at once, I always use Chuck with a powerful class (either Elite Mage or Wizard for me). Healing is different facing teams with multiple enemies so I switch from Witch to Elite Bard which provides decent healing for all birds at once and a little less for 3 more turns. Third bird will depend on the type of enemy. This week I switch between Elite SeaDog and Elite Paladin. Paladin also has healing powers and my SeaDog’s weapons set (Rock Paper) also has a bit of slef healing on attack.
Your choice will also depend on the weapons your birds have. Chuck without something like Mana or Sonic may be too weak to have around against strong enemies. In event battles or caves, I’ll usually go for attack power more than anything. In the arena, you have the objectives and the banner to protect so you need to adapt your strategies.
