I found that aiming the first bird at the orbiting lava rock, timed to hi it just as the boulder passes underneath produces a very repeatable two bird strategy, and, at least once for me, a one birder. The idea is to hit the lave rock near its top, continue on to the green exploding rock and then on to the underside of the main planet. Debris from the lava rock, along with the bird should wipe out the underside, while the green stuff takes out the top. Us usually the only pig remaining is the little one at upper left, easily taken care of by the blue bird.
Repeatable 2-bird scores in the low-mid 180s. My freak one birder resulted in a score of 195,930.
@mcc8206 Nice find, thanks for sharing!
I got my 185k with a 1-bird doing pretty much the same thing. I released when the boulder was already going under the lava-asteroid. With me, the lava asteroid triggered the gas and not Terence.
@burpie works great for me. Got 193k 1-b by waiting for the boulder to start going underneath the lavasteroid.
similar like @mcc8206 thx
her a video with one bird and 182k:
https://youtu.be/XXXI-Ilvb4k
Thanks for the strategy @mcc8206
Not sure what happened but I had one pig left like you said and got my 181K.
And then a nice one-bird solution for 197K
This level and a few others in this episode are suspiciously similar to levels in the Tazos web game…
I was positive this level had a 190k cap on PC. My iPad 1-2 birders gave 185-194k scores easily, but after hundreds of PC 1-2 birders, I couldn’t break 182k. Some were near-total destruction; less than 10 debris chunks remained. The only difference this time: 3 debris chunks left. I have no idea where those 34k points were hiding.
My strategy: Like @mcc8206 except I aimed lower and fired later. I also used a different reference point to time my shot. You want to hit the lava rock just below center, when it is directly above the tower with the antimatter/flux cap. That sweet spot makes all the lava and glowy bits fly to the perfect spots for clearing everything.
My Screenshot with trajectory and impact spot.
Well done @Kelani, nice score. Is it a fair assumption that Terence pushed one or two of the green glowing bits into the southern hemisphere? Also, did one of the lava bits hit the 4th boulder (the regular stone boulder that goes clockwise from the south)? Finally, did you notice if the boulder that’s sitting on the extreme east edge of the planet’s crust was moved?
@fenikus I’ve never seen anything happen to the floating boulder, except when it sometimes lands under the sling. In my shot, Terence and a piece of nuclear rock dislodged the eastern boulder, and all three tumbled down the SE slope and munched all the pigs and structures right of the TNT. Meanwhile, four lava pieces in two groups flew in opposite directions around the planet, missing each other on the underside (this seems important). One hit the TNT and the other three landed perfectly to clear the left pig & structure, and right side debris. Seriously, It was like a GPS-guided lava cluster bomb.
On the North side, two lava chunks weaken the left and center structures, then the glowy rocks fall, irradiating all the pigs and damaging the structures. That and the antimatter/flux cap blast destroyed all the North structures.
Big surprise, there’s a small time window for this shot. Also, even with perfect aim & timing, the meteors’ altitude/speed varies slightly. I got a 204k follow-up where Terence did his post-impact-speed-up thing, then flew to the South side, flanked by nuclear chunks, and he hit the TNT. Another 203k score, Terence fell straight down, dislodged the boulder, which took out the underside, while Terence bounced into the flux cap, taking out the entire top side.
Also, an easier aiming/timing strategy is to let Terence fly (roughly) 10 seconds after reset. When fully zoomed out, aim through the center of the huge Star of Bethlehem above the left structure.
Thanks @Kelani. On my previous highscore of 202K, the scene looked pretty much flattened and there was almost no debris leftover. I just got 206K with much more visible debris remaining, but I noticed more pigs were irradiated by green rocks. It looks like when pigs get plump and explode they somehow bring more points. This appears to be true for few levels but it’s most obvious on level 8-28.
@kelani excellent strat. Actually there two ‘gifts’ from the programmers. First one is the star that yiu mention to use for directing Terence. Second one is the bright star to the right, when the lava boulder reaches that point, release Terence. Yet, not score, because it’s not what I want it to be.
@kelani thanks for the great strat and aiming points! ! definitely takes some patience and persistence but i did not half bad :)
CongRATz on achieving an impossible feat Kent. I think a higher score is possible, but highly unlikely. Revel in your awesomeness.
I got my score my shooting slightly higher and activating slightly later than I think you did. But I didn’t generate the four lava bits you did that hit all the right places either. Instead, I only created one lava bit, but he did hit the left boulder group showering boulders in both hemispheres taking out the upper left pig and the two lower left pigs. I also pushed the right boulder group off it’s perch on the right side. One of the green glowy whatchamacallits went into the southern hemisphere, mutating the two lower right pigs and all but one of the upper pigs mutated as well. There’s a lot of extra points in those mutated pigs. I’m not sure why. There was a lot of debris left.
Since the backgrounds are different between devices, it’s almost impossible to give exact aiming info. That’s why I “piggy”backed off the picture of your strategy to explain my approach. There are millions of ways to complete this level as a one birder, but very few will result in a score above 210k.
Good luck flingers. You’ll need it on this level.
Tried many variations but found a trajectory and activation point for a 1 birder, similar to @kelani. Results vary, but repeating same shot gave me several high scores and my current 212K.
On iPad I played fully zoomed out. There is a triangle of 3 stars left of the uppermost structure, at about 11 o’clock. A large one on the left corner, a medium one at the apex, and a small one like a dot on the right corner. Put the tracking dots exactly through the middle of the smallest one. (The attached pic shows the star circled). Wait until the clockwise orbiting boulder is close to the boulder with 2 lava rocks attached. The activation point seems really important. When the very lowest part of the boulder passes directly above the small star below it, activate (a split second after the screen capture shows). Results vary a lot, but I’ve had several quite high scores with this.
Sorry if this sounds complicated 🤓. Hopefully the attached pic will help:-

Too late to help in the challenge I’m afraid but here is my top10 209k video anyway:

The essential thing is to send one of the radioactive (green) boulders to the underside. For that, I suspect, there may be more than the one sweet spot my vid shows but all of them will require very precise timing.

I am tryng to adjust my shot following @micromax‘s vid. Terrence fell properly by pushing downward the large boulder at rightmost edge of planet which rolled donw and helped to destroy almost completely everything on the southern hemisphere. I did not manage to make second orbiting boulder to fall, which could have added a few k’s, therefore I presume 220k is possible, which may be all the more achievable that it did not take me a large amount of time to get 217k thanks to micromax’s vid which definitely shows the right path to get high scores.
BlueStacks tap spot for me is x 33.17 y 59.06 and the release needs to be well timed, @micromax ‘s video is spot on. Rinse and repeat forever may not do it but keep trying 😂
