Hello fellas, I’ve come across to 1 hidden achievement when comparing my achievements to 1 of my mate’s.
Actuality his got the hidden one, I’ll ask him how hi’s got it

I was looking through the game files of ABR on my computer and it has an achievements file and there’s alot of odd looking achievements, plus a fruit not in the game yet (mango I think?)

Are these Achievements only for the iPod or iPad? I have a Droid, and I don’t seem to get these achievements… even though I’m pretty sure I did them correctly.
Correct, Achievements are currently iOS only.
I play on an iPad, have 3 stars on all levels of both Smuggler’s Den and Jungle series, have scored in excess of 2,373,000 points in Smuggler’s Den and have yet to see any of the achievement awards associated with these accomplishments. The only place I’ve ever seen any of these was in the original AB’s. Anybody else not receiving these awards on an iPad or otherwise?
Hmmm. I’ve only played the free version of rio on my iPad. And I got those achievements. So I’m haven’t experienced that myself. Anybody else?
sometimes it takes awhile with me too. But just make sure you have internet connection, and start ABR, just let it running for a while. Normally you should have them by then.
I am playing on my Ipad as well and have not seen all my achievements. Is there some kind of update or something?
With a good wi-fi connection, close the app (press the home button, then double-tab home, hold on an icon in the tray until they shake, then click the – to close ABR). Then reopen ABR and give it a minute to register and hopefully it will load.
Rovio has said that these 4 secret achievements “should be” attainable in v1.0.0:

I just don’t get the 1500/2800 marmoset killed achievements.
I wrapped up the jungle levels, all 3*, all bananas, even got the high score achievement without getting even the 1500 kill mark.
I’m wondering if there will be marmosets in future levels, even if i had hit 1500 i can’t see myself repeating the current levels literally hundreds of times to get to 2800 =-(
Some levels have between 5-10 marmosets, so it’s not really that big of a deal to complete this.
So if I don’t complete the level by killing all marmosets, will I still get the credit for the ones I got? Thx a million!
So long as you let the level go to “level failed” yes. We aren’t sure whether counters increment continuously or if they wait until fail/complete.
I agree with @skoldpadda. This is actually quite doable. 4-8 has 9 marmosets so I just played that for like an hour or so while watching tv at the same time and I had it in no time. Even if you don’t kill all them everytime you’re still getting a pretty large amount.

I’ll probably wait until the next update, just in case whatever comes next also has those dratted marmosets. If i grind out the 2800 now then find more later i’ll be a bit peeved

Well, i got the 2800 marmosets, so glad i waited for the beach update. 2800 just seemed to many as an achievement for jungle alone.

Oh yeah you REALLY need to update the OS on that thing. You need to be at at least iOS 4.1 to get Game Center.
I’ve got iPhone 3 running on iOS 3.1.2 which is perfect for me at the moment. Do you think achievements will be avaiable for previous platforms too?

Nope, I highly doubt game center will ever be available on an iPhone 3G and obviously it can’t appear on an older OS.

I recently purchased RIO for the iMAC and just noticed that no Achievements come up or are displayed at any time ,not for all 3 stars or anything has anyone else noticed that ? is it some magic setting somewhere?

I’ve had a thought re: the as yet undeiscovered achievement entitled “EGGSPERT BOMBER”. Has anyone managed to hit the boss bird on the final level with an egg, dropped from the white bird, that has bounced up off one of the mushrooms? I’ve tried and failed to do this, perhaps a more expert player could try it out and see if it is an achievement? It would sort of fit the description and the picture that others have extracted from the game files…

Bum. Oh well, I’m sure someone will discover a hidden achievement soon. I think I might be in danger of becoming obsessed with them, it feels unhealthy….
I have hit the boss with a white bomb that has been hit off a mushroom and nothing happened. in a picture of the achievement it had two bounces on and ive tried seeing if the bomb could bounce twice on a mushroom and hit the boss but i can’t seem to do that, it’s pretty hard so somebody who thinks they can do it should try :)
I managed a double bounce hit, pretty easy if you use the leftmost two mushrooms. No achievement…

Rovio’s developers say that the four secret achievements are attainable. Odd that no one has them yet. Need to return to this project after beating Easter Eggs I suppose!
I can see a notification whenever I get an achievement on the ipad, but I can’t find the actual list of achievements or which I’ve gotten… Anyone know how I can find it?

Oh, those I can see, thanks, but I am talking about the list of achievements in general. My friend who uses an iphone to play has an option on the main menu that takes you directly to the list, but I can’t seem to find that on the ipad…
Should be on there somewhere. At the very least, on the home screen, you can scroll left until you get to the “Search” screen. Time in “Game Center” and it’ll pop up.

why would you go repeat a level with loads of marmosets for the 2800 marmoset achievement? just go play the levels you want huge scores on. I just kept playing and upping my scores untill I had enough…

launch a yellow bird straight up. when it’s on it’s way down, as it’s passing in front of the slingshot, hit it with another bird before it hits the ground

Hi, i was wondering why dont the android verisons of angry birds have achivements like the apple verison ?
I’m sure they will if either:
1) Android adds a “Game Center”-style embedded application, or
2) Rovio decides to make it’s achievements an in-game list.
Either way, I think this answers your question.

Explosive Temperament (10: Black Bird unlocked)
Fruit Salad (20: Get one of each type of fruit)
6 Million Dollar Bird (15: 6,000,000 points earned in total)
Multi-Millionaire (20: 25,000,000 points earned in total)
Clearly, none of these are possible in the v1.0.0 update, but Explosive Temperament and 6M$Bird will be in the update this week.
How do I know what version I’m on? I have the iPhone 4.
Right now, everyone has v1.0.0 — except maybe Rovio employees, at least. But, if you want to learn something new, I can teach you how to find your active version for any app.
Go to the AppStore and search for your app of interest. Since we’re on ABN, let’s check Angry Birds. Click on it and scroll to the bottom of its information page. You should see “Version 1.5.3”. If so, you’re up-to-date. Otherwise, you need to update to join the party ;)
Yes, I do have too much time on my hands, but…
Looking at the 25 million achievment – the way things stand now, seems impossible. Even if we assume that every level could be 3 million (which we know it can’t), six levels would only bring us to 18 million.
Should we assume that the next levels will be much higher scoring or that Rio will go beyond November?

Well, there are one of two situations. Either you’re right (levels must have higher totals in the future) or our assumption is wrong (25M is not an achievement). Either way, could be fun.
Help! I don’t know how to view my achievements! There is a trophy and some numbers on the main screen but when I click on them they spin but don’t load anything. Any ideas? Is this a glitch?

Game Center updated on iOS. New Achievements:
15: Beach Life (Clear all the beach levels)
20: Beach Volley Score Addict (3 310 000 pts)
15: Melon Mania (Collect all melons; I suppose “watermelon” was too specific of us)
10: Star Performers (Earn a total of 150 stars overall)
20: Nicely Tanned! (3-star Beach Volley)
Still 4 “Secret” Achievements, but we’ll see what happens. We think they are:
10: Explosive Temperament (Black Bird unlocked)
*20: Fruit Salad (Get one of each type of fruit)
15: 6 Million Dollar Bird (6 000 000 points earned in total)
*20: Multi-Millionaire (25 000 000 points earned in total)
*ed achievements would still be unattainable in the May update.
Confirmed: Two of the “secret” achievements were “Explosive Temperament” and “6 Million Dollar Bird”
I reckon the other two hidden achievements might be the other two birds, if the bomb bird was chilling in there as a hidden achievement I don’t see why the boomerang and big brother wouldn’t be.
They will indeed be achievements, but I think the two “secret” achievements are “Fruit Salad” and “Multi-Millionaire”. Someone who accessed the PLIST files had mentioned these two.

WhT is the best way to get the Friendly Fire achievements. Hit a bird with another bird, ya I did that but its not giving it to me. What I’m I doing wrong?
You must hit the first bird IN AIR. That is, before it touches anything in the level. In Rio, with the limited birds that we have, go to a level with a few blue birds. Fire a blue bird straight up and split it. Then fire another blue bird at it (split it for 3x the chances). It may take a few minutes to register.
I managed to do it by hitting a blue bird with a yellow one.

Some achievements are secret because they don’t apper in the list. Beach life is one of them.
Beach Life is not a secret achievement. It shows up on Game Center whether you have achieved it or not. This list has not been updated yet for the 1.1.0 release.
7 new achievements in RIO!
* “Beach Life”: All beach levels cleared
* “Beach Volley – Score Addict”: 3.310.000 points earned in beach levels
* “Explosive Temperament”: Black bird unlocked

There are two more still being secrets!
The two secret achievements are “Fruit Salad” (one of every fruit) and “Multi-Millionaire” (25M points).
So does anyone for sure no the 2 secret achievements or are we still speculating what we “think” they are?
