Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Friends on Facebook Rock in Rio Tournament Level 2 Week 70 which began the week of September 16th, 2013. Our non power-up strategy for this level is to fling Boomerang towards the edge of the first horizontal plank. With a little bit of luck, this can cause a chain reaction by detonating the tnt boxes. Use a second bird, if necessary, to clear any remaining pig. The score in the video below is 112,100.

112,830, 2 birds, no PUs, on PC. Found out by accident that if you fling the first bird straight ahead, there’s a sweet spot on that first horizontal board holding up the speaker. I’ve managed it twice in about 5 minutes of playing the level. It’ll explode the middle tnt, and if your lucky, it takes out just about everything. I had one pig in a block remaining (and maybe 2 or 3 pieces of debris on the right side, but very little) my second go around and had to use YB to get that last one. I believe a one birder is possible, though. Happy flinging! ;)

That’s awesome! I didn’t even try to repeat it for a couple days, then when I did, I could not replicate it. Wondering if they did some sort of fix. When did you get it to work? Just curious if it’s just me, or if it’s not possible anymore. Lol :)
Scratch that. Finally got it to work again. Only scored 120k, but I’ll take it! Lol ;)

Using this strategy I got 126290
Two birds. No PU. green bird straight ahead to the down left pig to break both vertical wood plank. This will clear the whole left part of the structure. Yellow bird to the TNT. This will push the structure to the right and also make the second TNT explode. Clearing the rest 114k

I did the same from the right hand side – one bird and everything explodes. I don’t think I could repeat it though!

123,220 Wow! Tight targeting! Must hit exactly on the junction between horizontal and vertical boards, with the proper drop. Sling Scope works, but don’t draw back too far. I used ~60% of the distance above the bottom marquee light toward the second light.

@bobafett, great video! In mine only a very damaged speaker remained. But apparently somebody found how to do 130k, which I assume is a no birder, because 128k was full destruction…. cc @Birdleader
