Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on June 7th) Week 25 which began on June 3rd, 2013. Our non power-up strategy is to send Chewie into the first horizontal plank on the planet. Then send Leia into the northern tie-fighter, and aim her tractor beam at the blaster cannon before impact. The score in the video below is 104,320.

If you adjust the first throw a little, and get the timing right, Chewie will bounce up into the laser bolts and get tossed around the planet, doing more damage. Then shoot Leia into the North side of the gravity field so she takes out the Emperor, pulling the canon as in the video. Got me 109k+ without PU’s.
Used a cloned Leia for my second shot. If you use her tractor beam on the canon as early as possible w/o breaking it on the asteroids, the angle will give you a lot more shots on the planet, debris, pigs, etc.

Aim first shot at middle thing in bubble which will go round and pull in the 3 further guys in the bubbles and knock out the bottom one with the 2 wood covers. The next one aim at the bird 2nd bottom left and pull the firing mechanism up – mechanism will shoot what’s left.
Great strategy! I used a cloned Leia for the second shot and gave her a blaster for 123,250! Thanks!

Send the first bird as shown, preferably bouncing it with the lasers to the back to drop the chains sooner (although not necessary for this maximum score).
With the second bird, instead of aiming to take out the tie, just send her slowly upward at a more northern angle and “tractor” the gun up. Her slow progress “tractors” the gun more slowly and up and away from the planet (as not to ricochet itself), allowing it to take out nearly everything else. Lots of damage to all the debris gets all those points.
Draw back and hold the third bird for more time on the slow moving gun to polish off the rocks above the last tie once it is taken out, before “not firing” to gain those extra hundreds of points on the asteroids.
