Bad Piggies Flight in the Night Level 4-5 is three starred using a single airplane contraption, but it requires a lot of patience and a lot of timing. Toggle the propeller to dip and weave into the two star boxes on your way to the finish line. This is absolutely not easy to do in general, let alone in a single run, but it is indeed possible.
