Angry Birds Space Eagle Walkthrough Red Planet Level 5-12

Here is our Space Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Space Red Planet level 5-12. This may be the hardest feather in the v1.3.0 update, but it shouldn’t take you too many cans to defeat it. Fire one sardine can southward, toward but just below the southernmost asteroid in the middle of the level. This should cause asteroids to fall into the gravitational field of the eastern planet, destroying the majority of the structure. If needed, fire a Lazer bird northward and target the fiery asteroid, causing it to explode. If you have an alternate strategy please feel free to leave a detailed comment below.

I seriously lost 50 cans on this level!! 50!!!!
I ended up doing it with 2 cans. First like video, second to the right part and finish.

@joey — I totally feel your pain. However I did it on the first attempt with only one SE (no additional birds). Makes up somewhat with the problems I had on 5-11. I was very much dreading using another 10 or 20, let alone 50, on this level.

Sardine Can below the left planet and into the bottom of the items between the two planets.

Don’t waste your Eagles with a strategy like the one in the video. Do this:

1. Try and get as much damage as you can with the first laser bird. You need to get at least one of the crystals on the first planet. A good shot is to go north of the planet and knock the top boulder into the fiery asteroid. If you don’t get much damage, try again.

2. Space Eagle below first planet (skimming as close to the planet as possible) and detonate amongst the asteroids between the planets.

3. If you have any pigs left, use a second space eagle. Detonate it right next to the pig to take out as much debris as possible.

I still can’t believe how hard this level was. Video strategy did not get 100% ever, even with all pigs killed in one shot.
Without killing a damn cristal on the left planet, there was no deal.
