    Hello everyone!
    Anyone else here have problems buying gems? I am connected to WiFi, can play games (and watch video to earn extra points etc) but each time I attempt to buy gems or an event bundle, I’m told I need to cvheck my internet connection, which is always fine.
    I contacted Rovio who gave me the usual spiel about checking my device for memory, clearing cache, not playing for more than ten mins. My device is brand new and it is perfectly happy. I have even reinstalled the game!

    Are you using an Amazon device? There is a “new” bug that come with the Chinese new year comp. that is prevent some amazon tablet models from buy gems. According to Rovio “a fix is in progress”

    Well, it doesn’t look like the issue will be sorted any time soon. Weird, because it prevents players spending money.

    That’s a good thing in my opinion. They have been increasingly nerfing the game here and there while pushing gems like a crack dealer. I paid for some gems when I was first playing but stopped and haven’t since. The price for gems are ridiculously high for one, and if you send your bots on missions you’ll build up gems as long as it’s not nerfed at the time. Same thing with prof. Pig’s lab. The daily quests make it easy to get gems too.

    I agree, but it’s not really the point. I would like the option, and I’m peed off that a function on the game won’t work for me.
