    I all the time win with 2 stars even if he don’t atack me once

    Did you win with full health? Also, you should try to win in fewer turns.

    He is at full health if the boss never gets to attack. You need to use Prince Porky to permanently take out the ghost early. You can use Knight and Princess with Porky, but I’m not sure if they will kill the Undead Bone Hunter fast enough so you might want to use something like Wizard, Paladin and Prince Porky.
