This is awesome! Per the YouTube page, this cover is “VideoSong”, which is a new medium that has two rules:
- What you see is what you hear (no lip-syncing for instruments or voice).
- If you hear it, at some point you see it (no hidden sounds). ← That means the head hitting the piano is a real sound and part of the video.
They also said that, “it took about four takes. but i loved every take!!! seriously, this was the most fun we’ve had in the studio together in a long time. cuz we’ve never added a story line to our videos before, so having that extra component made it really different and challenging. so much so that i didn’t mind having my face smashed into a keyboard…..”

Quick update!
One of our users (thanks Gauth) noticed something interesting in this video. If you pause at the 25 second mark, in the bottom right corner there is a picture of a Golden Egg containing “4G”, an AT&T logo, and the text “14-9” (screen grab above). At this point, we’re still not sure if this a clue to a secret Golden Egg, an clue about a forthcoming Golden Egg, or just a red herring?

That was totally awesome! Me and 4 other friends will be making an account on YouTube. We might even be making a music video for the angry birds theme music. Only time will tell. Our account will be called Laugh Attack Videos. I will say when it happens. Still this is the best I have seen so far.

AT&T just announced a 4G phone (Infuse 4G? Can’t remember) that comes with a custom version of Angry Birds last week, so based on the logos I’d guess that the egg is specific to that version.
Yep, I have the infuse and there is a special egg on that level, it’s pretty much right in front of the sling shot, but the sling shot is high up on a cliff so it can be hard to hit (need to bounce a bird back).
It didn’t work no golden egg.
Also it won’t let me log in on my iPad.

I thought my friend had a Samsung Infuse, but he had a Samsung Galaxy Ace, as well. The golden egg appeared, but no beans spilled, like with my uncle’s.
