One non-character swap strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars II Rewards Chapter level BR-16 is to fling Endor Luke towards the left chain, severing it so that the structured perched in the middle slowly falls to the right. After it tips over, and while the remaining chain is still exposed, send another Luke to sever it. This will send the metal beam down into the TNT, finishing off the level.
