Golden Egg #53 is located on level 1-4 of Angry Birds Seasons Ham Dunk. The Golden Egg is pretty easy to obtain, sitting on a tnt box, in the top right of your screen.
To obtain the star on the level, simply send Orange into the switch on the left.
