Update 11 June: Rovio released the above trailer, showing that the teaser tweet was actually for “Boba’s Delivery” animation trailer. You’ll be able to see the animation via Angry Birds Toons in your Angry Birds apps on 13 June.
It is important to note something written in the YouTube video description, however:
June 13 will be full of surprises…
(Yes, we’re hinting at something extra!)

That’s right, rebels! Our feathered heroes will be returning to action in Angry Birds Star Wars!
Rovio sent out a teaser tweet not too long ago, saying:

With Boba Fett staring back at me, I’m predicting the final 20 levels of Cloud City will be coming soon to a device near you! Maybe even more levels within the Boba Fett Missions, but that I’m less sure about.
Now of course, this is all mere speculation at this point, and I’ve been wrong before (ahh, I remember that day). But if I were you, I’d keep your eyes peeled and fingers prepped. We don’t know exactly when the update will land (we all know Rovio loves to update on Thursdays, but they’ve switched it up a bit recently) or which platforms will come when (PC is still waiting on the first half of Cloud City, but Rovio is finishing up with some technical issues on that front), but it should be soon.
Oh, and for iOS users, you will still have to fetch this update for yourself from the AppStore… for now. Not sure what I’m talking about? iOS 7 is coming soon and will feature automatic app updates!
