Fire the Blue birds as fast as possible, clearing everything on the left side of the level. Then place the Sardine Can next to the hollow stone square.
Small typo here, in the description it says level 1, instead of level 2 :)

Well, it took me 4 MEs, but finally got it. Didn’t kill the big pig right away, which made for more relaxed cleanup. SC bounced off the stone block and landed to its immediate right (where the beach ball was originally.
1. Blue Bird into the glass structure, activate it so all three birds destroy as much structure and all the pigs.
2. Quickly launch the sardine can at the hollow stone block. Have it land on the left side or on the top for 100%.
