Here is our Mighty Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Short Fuse level 26-7. Use the Yellow bird to destroy as much as possible to the right of the TNT before flinging the sardine can against the main tower on the left side of the level.

Used two Yellow Birds:
1. First Yellow Bird to the right to activate the tnt.
2. Second Yellow Bird to cut through the wood plank to destroy the red/white tubes.
These two birds were so effective in killing all the pigs and ending the level that I had to activate the Sardine Can. I have been using 4 YB like the video but ending the game with 99%.
3. Flung the Sardine Can into the left vertical pipe so it would immediately fall directly down to its base. The ME did the rest for the feather.
this level must’ve changed, I have no blue/White tubes as stated by @wrw01, but flung like the video and got 100% fairly quickly.
