Here is our Mighty Eagle Total Destruction video walkthrough for Angry Birds Seasons Piglantis level 1-2. Fire the sardine can downward into the water, keeping it left of the small jut in the ocean floor below. This may take a few times to get right. If the sardine can hits the sling’s base, 100% is obtainable.

Took out all the pigs and about the only items above water were 2 columns and 2 pieces of wood; then launch the sardine can and only obtained 90%. Looks like a one solution ME level.

After destroying the structure with yellow birds I got 100% by placing the sardine can on the lowest pillar behind the slingshot. Takes a few tries to get the can to stop there, but if works, 100% is guaranteed.
