To get total destruction in Year of the Dragon level 1-10 launch the blue bird up at a high angle so it comes down on the far right side tower, taking it down. Use the rest of the birds to take down the first part of the tower as well as the middle section. The fish should land low in the middle of the gap.

I threw the koi in between the 2 houses and I got the glitch which resulted in TD.
Alternative: get the koi to be in the gap where the 2nd tnt is.
Launched the fish into the two stone blocks on the left most tower and then it falls to the ground and takes out the flower below. The first tower hits the second and the second starts to lean into the roof like structure. Then the MD hits. The far right structure has to fall to the right and take out the two flowers below. The left tnt did not activate.
