  • After I obtained the Illusionist, I went ahead and tapped my snoutling supply out in the dojo by spending the 5LC each time I ran into a full LC list. I got several hundred class upgrades, but only my primary team made it to Mastery 11. Illusionist is mastery level 4. I will play SRC to restock snouts now as I still need over 3,500 individual…[Read more]

  • Took me something like four months to get all my birds mastered up to level 10 back when mastery came out. And that was with grinding all day, every day, an all-consuming exercise in tedium. And going from 10 to 12 takes 100,000 mastery points — for each bird. Just takes forEVer. So much so that I won’t be bothering to get to 12 in any concerted…[Read more]

  • @dragonofheart73

Nope. Since they upgraded the max mastery to level 12 with the last update, we’re back to having to upgrade everything all at once (and sloooowly…)

And yeah, the LC buys at the Dojo really suck, don’t they? I have had Dojo resets where I start out with only one snoutling buy and it switches over to LC after one click. Slow…[Read more]

  • @grimmjow

If you are referring to being able to keep clicking and having mastery available for snoutlings all the way to maximum, then no — not unless you have somehow already maxed out your mastery (to level 12) for all other classes.

Mastery max was increased with the last update, so there is no single-class upgrade that can focus all…[Read more]

  • @dragonofheart73 @grimmjow – Illusionist just unlocked for me as soon as I obtained the final ball of yarn. I spent stamina drinks and FE to play the three drink level until I reached the goal. Cost about 57 drinks and 30 FE to get there. Now waiting until I regenerate some stamina to play through the remaining levels.

  • @graugeist

Sorry I mis-read what you were saying. I tend to just think of it as 3/8ths instead of 1/8 x 3. *smile*

    @mvnla2

Yeah, some of these bad stretches are rough. I agree with you that 0 for 5 is not that bad, but after starting with great luck in the red rope leg and getting 13 of them, I went the whole rest of the day with zero hits.…[Read more]

  • @sutekh137 — Boy has my luck at spinning the wheel totally disappeared. Either that or actually keeping statistics sure changes your perception of what the statistics are. : D
As far as I can see, the wheel spins follow the predicted statistic pretty well. My percentage of objects is slightly lower than predicted (why can’t it be the other way?),…[Read more]

  • Even if they can restore my account it’s depressing (it was connected to a Rovio account, I was logging into that account as the game crashed). It will take a few days, I’m guessing, and I’m losing out on the event since it’s concluding in a few days.

Don’t pay money for anything for this game.

  • @graugeist

    Nice summary.

But the chance to spin for any given spot on the wheel is actually 3/8ths, not 1/8.

Or, more specifically (number of stars)/8.

If you are three-starring everything, you should have a 3/8ths chance to catch any specific slot on the wheel, or 37.5%.

On any given 5-battle usage (full stamina), you should expect to see…[Read more]

  • @all my friends playing Stella Pop. I’ve stopped playing, at least for a while, just too many other things to do, plus I stuck on the last timed event. I’ve been sending some lives to all of you, but if I don’t play, it seems like you can only do that every other day.
    Good Luck to all!

  • @oobear — Friends on GC don’t work. You need a Facebook account. You can set up a “gaming only” i.e. second FB account if you don’t want to use your real one.

  • @all — Thanks for pointing out that the number of objects changed. I had all 25 red ropes, but know others were having problems. Although the gate to the GP Cloud does open when you get the required number of *, you can’t play it until you complete Sonic Dash 20.
I ended up using a couple of cherry juice and a burning veggie cake to defeat the GP…[Read more]

  • The Golden Clouds dungeon appears to give 10 LC and a lot of snoutlings (wealthy rogues, spin at the end, etc.)

Watch out, the last Golden Pig hits hard, hard enough to kill Chuck if you are using him (as a lot of us do).

And it requires using a friend’s bird, so dust off ol’ Piggy McCool if you don’t have any friends to borrow from.…[Read more]

  • Has anyone else seen had this happen?

I was logging into my Rovio account in Angry Birds Epic and the game crashed during the log-in. The crash reset the game account and I lost everything. All my snoutlings, my lucky coins, my friendship essences, and most importantly my game progress including birds, hats, mastery levels. It’s *all* gone.…[Read more]

  • Yeah, looks like someone was listening to all my whinging (as well as the observations of others…). *smile*

Pretty good thing, too, as the game crashed 3 out of 4 times this morning as I was trying to get the last three ropes I needed. Not sure what was up with that.

Regardless, I feel better about being able to enjoy the last 72 hours a bit…[Read more]

  • @vinnieb00

Yes. I just restarted the game and the ropes are down to 20 and the white balls of wool(?) are down to 25.

  • @birdleader — How about a delete all for notifications. I have ~300, and I’m not about to delete them one by one. Would probably help your sever space requirements.
