@joeyba — Thanks! That’s exactly what I was looking for.
@neomerlinmagic — You aren’t guaranteed to get an item every time you spin the wheel.
I will give details of the calculation soon.
@harleym — I had forgotten that you can craft stamina drinks for friendship essence using the caldron. (Duh! I seem to forget this at the beginning of every…[Read more]MysticBurn replied to the topic MINI-MAP Campaign + New Dungeon (April 10th – April 19th) in the forum Angry Birds Epic Forum 6 years, 7 months ago
@harleym I don’t know where you got the idea that i’m playing the only points wheels, i stopped after 20 feathers and will do the same for all items.
If you read my posts (all) more closely, you’ll see i don’t want to end in the top three.Baconizer replied to the topic MINI-MAP Campaign + New Dungeon (April 10th – April 19th) in the forum Angry Birds Epic Forum 6 years, 7 months ago
@harleym From the description, it seems like completing the 15 levels and beating the dungeon should get you the class. I don’t think this will be a leaderboard based event, given how it is said to be a mini campaign of sorts.

@harleym — In several of the not many case nesters documented, the ghost obviously was ghosting someone in a higher league, and ended up first or in the top 3. Whether it would be the same person who was in 4th with the ghost present, or someone else, there would be 3 legitimate players who would have advanced without the ghost, while only 2 of…[Read more]

@harleym @freckledpig147 — The idea that ghosts continue to live their own, somewhat separate lives from week to week is just conjecture (probably started by me). There are other possibilities. We have no idea how or how many ghosts are chosen for a given leaderboard, or what happens to them at the end of the week.

@harleym The ghosts move up or down from their position in their ghosted leaderboard. So for some people, a Diamond League person could have a Gold ghost. Or a Stone League player could have a Silver League ghost. Chances are that an average Gold League player would not get enough points for their Platinum League ghost to reach to Diamond League…[Read more]

@harleym You do have a point, but I have to point out that because more points are earnable on the prize wheel at the end of battles in higher leagues, and that ghosts always have the same amount of points as their real-player counterparts, so it would be very unlikely for someone’s ghost to reach the Diamond League while the real player still…[Read more]

@harleym – as far as I can tell, yes and forever. I purchased the least expensive package on my son’s ipad, and he has not had any forced ads come back for several months now.

@dr_ishmael, @harleym, when using autoplay it is much more efficient to use SRC. Both castles give about the same amount of mastery when played in full. On top of that, SRC is easy to finish on autoplay since you only need lots of damage and it gives good snoutlings as well.
CPC is only efficient because bombing first level pays out on lots of…[Read more]

@harleym Correct. Unlike games where the progression reward (e.g. experience points) is divided among the party members, in Epic, all of your birds receive the full reward.
@MVNLA2 meant CPC, yes. And chili-bombing the first wave can be highly efficient, if you are willing to spend time doing that. Most of us are lazy, which is why we let…[Read more]

@harleym — Thanks for your comments; will have to take a hard look at first page before the pages get combined.
To try to answer your questions:
Not everyone agrees on the best method, so this is my opinion:
If your primary goal is snoutlings, and secondary is mastery, SRC is best.
If your primary goal is mastery, and a dim second is snoutlings,…[Read more]
