    @wingmanjuan hello there sorry to bother. I have an issue with a game and potentially discovered a big bug in one, but not sure if you’re the correct person to contact.

    I’ve already submitted a ticket on Rovio support without response (yet) since Thursday and I need to rescue my data because of the bug. Can you help me or can I contact you in private?

      Our support team is really the most appropriate to deal with all of these issues. They’re at the moment super busy with tickets regarding crashes in Angry Birds Transformers but they’re working super hard to keep waiting times to a minimum. You’ll have to sit tight and wait for their reply and if nothing happens in a couple of days you can contact me again (with your ticket number).
