One strategy for Under Dwell Level 23, Catapults, is to drop the chest down to the boat first. Cut the rope holding the first boulder so that it lands on the cannon. Then aim the cannon at the edge of the first platform to catapult Viking back. Repeat the same steps for the second boulder.

To get par there is a trick, which wasn’t obvious to me from watching the video. You need to aim the first cannon and then not fire it so you can cut the second ball and fire the cannon simultaneously. Good luck trying to do this by backing off on the aimpoint so you can remove your finger/stylus without firing the cannon and still have it aimed correctly! What you can do is aim it precisely and then tap the tool icon upper right to exit the level while you are still holding the aimpoint. You can then remove your finger / stylus and resume the level with the aimpoint intact. Then you can cut the second ball and fire the cannon.
OK, this may be obvious to everyone else, but it wasn’t at all obvious to me.

I figured out that I had to fire the cannon at the same time as releasing the second ball, but I couldn’t get the aim to save my life. Hadn’t thought of pausing while I was holding the aim. Thank you!
You saved my sanity. Awesome trick. Aim the first cannon, pause without taking your finger off the aim. Resume and cut the second ball and fire cannon at the same time. Genius.
