Trin@trin911Ok – I may be late to the game, but what is the unlock code that keeps appearing when you open up the most updated version of Angry Birds Rio. I have searched everywhere, but can not find out how to get the code. Any help would be appreciated!!

AMslimfordy@amslimfordyPromotional codes unlock things like Power Ups.
tomason@tomason33I was curious about that as well, but your answer pertained to a question that was not asked… the question was not “what does it unlock”. The question was, ” I have searched everywhere, but can not find out how to get the code. Any help would be appreciated”. So how does one get unlock codes of this nature?
I think it would be a proper incentive to folks to become “uncaged” members of this site in the pursuit of access to such a guide for various platforms (ie smart phones, PCs, etc.). If such a guide exists, I have yet to see it. Perhaps Rovio would take issue with an easy access point for that sort of thing…
AMslimfordy@amslimfordy@tomason33 There’s no need to do such a thing as it won’t be fruitful. These codes are single-use and, once entered, cannot be used again.
Rovio occasionally releases these codes via social media platforms. With so many followers, they expire super quickly.
sparty83@sparty83@tomason33,
Unless I don’t have a working knowledge of the english language (some would say I don’t) but the question seems to me to be:“what is the unlock code that keeps appearing when you open up the most updated version of Angry Birds Rio.” Although, since it actually has a period at the end, it makes it a statement and not a question. A question mark (?) would make it a question. But I digress. And I think AMslimfordy answered that statement/question.
If such a guide exists, I have yet to see it. Not sure what guide you’re asking for? And if there is one, the AngryBirdsNest is under no obligation to provide it to you, me or anyone else since this is a fan site that is not affiliated with Rovio, the makers of Angry Birds Rio and all the other Angry Birds games. If you want some sort of Promotional Code guide, I would suggest contacting Rovio about that. But since Rovio would prefer you to buy Power Ups, I doubt that there is a guide that lists all the promotional codes for the power ups.
tomason@tomason33Oh ok. Well that makes sense. I noticed during the week of the Easter birdcoin give away there was a code per day that week, and that it was awarded once to a single individual each day. It was the first time I had seen Rovio do anything like that and was not aware of this standard procedure.
That actually clears up a lot of fog, and I’m guessing for more folks than just myself. Thank you.
tomason@tomason33Your negative and challenging tone is curious to me, sparty83. as well as completely inappropriate, unnecessary, and uncalled for. My question was not directed at you in the first place, and with some applied observation can be seen to be a reasonable query. Now that you have gracelessly inserted yourself into my life, I will do my best to patiently reply.
The spirit of Trin’s question clearly emphasized the part I cut and pasted directly from the posting as it was ultimately a plea for assistance in acquiring a code, ending in “Any help would be appreciated!”. I am guessing, since he has stated in the previous sentence leading to the request for help that he has “searched everywhere, but can not find out how to get the code”, that this is why he bothered to take a few minutes on a nice Sunday afternoon to put thought to text and ask a question.
My interest in a more complete answer was due to the unanswered portion of the question that I felt could use a little elaboration. As you can see, I have received a satisfactory answer that adequately puts those question marks back in their normal place. Furthermore, I am not asking for a thing, in terms of expectations from this site with regard to codes. I was simply throwing an idea into the ethers to spark a conversation and for a little clarification which again, was answered more than proficiently by a reasonable person with a sensible awareness of decorum. More importantly, it was answered by the individual who was, in fact, asked.
Maybe a less combative attitude would be appropriate going forward, as there is no call for anything beyond that here with our fellow gamers. We’re here to have fun and to communicate, yes? Surely we’re not here pick verbal jousting matches with absolute strangers who happen to share a common interest.
After all this explanation (which I didn’t owe to you, sparty83, nor did I earn the responsibility of writing you via proxy), I hope we can part ways here without further negativity.
Good day.
sparty83@sparty83Good day.
