I have put in multiple tickets with screenshots showing before and after the reward being the same but the replies have been that they’ve checked my profile and that I’ve received the award….</p>
How is it possible to see the same feather count after the reward but then be told that I’ve received it?? I’m really frustrated here. Are the replies from the Rovio team just automated bots or are they just messing with my head or are they incompetent? I feel like it’s really unethical to accept money from customers and then not actually fix bugs or make problems better.Is there an email address I could email Rovio or is the ‘contact us’ in the game the best and only contact method?
Any support on this would be really appreciated. Thank you.
