New Weapon/Off-hand item upgrade update

When I logged onto the game, knowing about the new update I upgrade one of Matilda’s set item. After that, using the Druid class when I use regrowth ability instead of healing the target bird 150hp and all others 68, it just heals all of them of only 68 and none of that 150 showing up! Could someone please tell me what might be happening to my game?

Druid class got nerfed since this update.
