    Have you notified them by sending a ticket through the app?  That’s usually the best way.  I find that they are pretty good at responding reasonably quickly if you contact them Mon-Fri between 9 and 5 Finnish time.

    Hi @raestuart if it android you need to go to Google play store and tap the 3 bars at top left.
    Then from drop down menu select account and history.
    Also below that there is a contact section.
    Sorry don’t know about other operating systems.

    I had something similar happen about 2 weeks. Others have already advised that you need to contact them directly to inform them of your issue and it worked for me. I emailed Rovio’s customer directly from their website. It was a weekend but I receive their response in less than 48 hours. I have nothing but good to say about them, I found them very responsive, prompt, and helpful, nothing like the negative commons I read by others. I had even to reach out to them again because they had forgot something so things weren’t yet quite right. I don’t know if that was the reason or maybe everyone had access to one also 2 weeks ago,  but right after that, my account suddenly had a diiffrent new button pop up, next to the ME challenge one, it was for a package I could but worth 4x more than it its cost. I don’t remember everything included but it had gems, feathers, there was even 100 apples. I could buy it any time and as often as I wanted for 7 straight days. It was rather nice and I used it  yet it was also very tempting and could of easily been abused.  In the end I’m sure they benefited the most from their generous offer and such a great deal. Anyway that’s more info than I’m sure you wanted but I hope you have already contacted them and if it’s not already I hope it’s soon all resolved for you.  Good luck.
