@partshade This basically means that the app has introduced a service or a permission for the game to run during an update (for example permission to read your contacts, emails, make phone calls, control device brightness, making cached protocols etc) which wasn’t there before and the security program is finding that as a security threat.
If you scanned the phone before and it never came up it sounds very likely that it is a false positive.
@datguygamer @angryjohnny The app is still safe though, right? Not saying Rovio is bad, but I feel like there was some kind of security incident with the update. :P
@partshade yes it is still safe, the security app just seems to be a bit overambitious.
@partshade It’s a stalemate really. If an app wants to read your contacts or make phone calls, of course you and your security program will think of it as a threat.
But since you play the game, you’ll want to keep it. So basically, it’s upto you to decide whether it’s safe or not.
@angryjohnny @datguygamer Ok. Thanks for your responses.
@partshade No problem. Glad to be of help.
