We are contacting both Rovio and iTunes, but hope someone here can give some advice. My stepson plays ABF under an account opened by his mother. She got mad at him and changed her password on the account. When he tried to purchase some gems, he received a message that he can’t purchase the items because it was for an ‘app purchased by someone else,’ and the battle stats were all zeroes! I told him to make peace with his mother and maybe she would allow him access again. But in the meantime, we need to know, has he lost all of his progress for good? And how can he do a back-up so he won’t lose his progress again? Thanks, everyone!
