Is anyone else still having this problem? I am, I bought the gem letter and everything was fine and I still got my videos for the DC and KPP but as soon as a bought a $9.99 gem purchase, I lost my video and they’ve never returned…ugh. My only hope is to stop paying and wait months before my videos come back đŸ˜‘. This game sucks
