With the new update I lost over 92000 gems from my phone. I contacted customer service and after a few attempts they were able to restore all of my gems. I have not altered the software in any way. I have accumulated those gems since I started playing the game in 2014. It’s ashamed that rovio has really messed this game up by creating an environment where they can manipulate the outcome in such a way that we have to pay to be successful at the game. I’m currently trying to get my game restored. If not I guess it was just a waste of 4 years of progress. It seems to me that they should be working harder to fix their own software than banning players from the game.
