@datguygamer Not sure I follow you completely. In terms I would understand, what I *think* you are saying is the effects are all contained in a separate subroutine library (or whatever they call subroutines now. Objects? Semi-morphing logical interactors? Wee digital beasties?) and the individual caves call each effect as needed. So depending on how a cave was written, it might be turning off the venom effect before it should because there is a memory leak or something that resets the venom bit.
It is weird to see the sticky goo or acid rain or thorns turn off because there is a little flash, like when in arena you try a venom attack on a team with the manna set.
At least these bugs they introduce are getting subtler, and are things that conceivably might slip through routine testing. This is progress. A year ago, they would have released an “update” where they forgot to check if Blues was enabled, or the GPM only gave out set items from a different game entirely, or logging into your Rovio account reset the games of everyone connected to you on facebook.
I just want them to fix the enchanting emblems problem. I can live without being able to use venom in the upper cave levels.
