Agree. I’m very specific and clear when I write a support ticket, describing precisely what the issue is. The response usually is “Hello there and thank you for contacting us. Our developers are aware of this and will fix it in the next update. Hope you can still enjoy playing the game.” Sound familiar? Not a word that addresses the specifics of the support request. Updates come and go but the issue is never resolved. Doubt that it ever will be. I don’t think that they have the technical wherewithal.
