Sorry for not being clear @katydid, my reports have been for a slightly different issue which Rovio has still been unable to resolve – although they do change my complaint status to “solved” – meaning ‘we’ve paid you off, so we’re good.’ Replies can take 3 -10 days and always follow the script of acknowledge the ‘issue’ (but don’t mention the specific fault in writing), apologize for the inconvenience, pay (with irrelevant gems), and wish you will keep playing. I wouldn’t suggest anyone uninstall/reinstall as this is their problem and this approach has never fixed any other issue for me.
I am simply interested in how many times they will have to use this customer complaint resolution script to respond to the plethora of conplaints this time.
