Hello Bankler, thanks for your response. Yes the error is recurrent. It’s been 4-5 days since it does that. Every time I arrive in step 2, it freezes and I have to close the game. The problem is only at this level. I can play any other level before or in the arena.
I’ve send a request to Rovio support but they said they are still working on the case and adviced me to uninstall and install the game ;thing I’ve done and didn’t work. I it took take to have my previous level…. I thought I lost everything… Even though I’m connected to both Facebook and Google accounts.
I’ve seen the suggestions of others, but didn’t understand a word ☺… I’m not used to these manipulations.
By the way… I’m playing on a Samsung Note 3. I’ll send you a friend request and give you my login on Facebook.
