@bond-bua-pakarnseree @strategia55 @mcmellll — I’m not having any problems with Epic or the Christmas event, but then I’m playing on an iPad Air 2. My suggestions are:
Before you play Epic, hard close all apps running in the background.
You might also want to do a hard power-off, and restart (after hard closing all apps).
Epic is very RAM intensive, and doesn’t run well on older devices.
If you don’t have any luck, contact Rovio support.
@kennymcc — Do you have a Rovio account? If so, make sure you are signed into it. If not, contact Rovio support. Also you ought to get a Rovio account, and backup your game progress:
