    Call me old fashioned but I don't want to be reminded when I haven't played the game. I have opted out of all alerts but still get phone reminders inviting me to play.
    Secondly, every time I load Star Wars the game center loads slowly (never ever will do that) and then loads again after I cancel. This wastes precious bird throwing time. Please help! I just wanna toss birds privately (not that my scores aren't awesome).

    I would double check your notification settings. Make sure that EVERYTHING is set to Off, including "Show in Lock Screen" etc.

    For GameCenter, it may be worthwhile to just log out of GameCenter directly.

    Thanks you! I think the Lock Screen setting was at fault.
    The Gamecenter notifications are all off so don't know why that won't behave.
