Anyone Else Think Utopia is a big "Quit Complaining" Update Page 1
  • Wha, Wha, Wha...10 Levels. I admit I was someone that was kinda bumming when we found out that Space updates would be only 10 levels compared to the higher ones in other versions. But does anyone else think these levels are hard?

I blew through levels in Pig Bang, Cold Cuts, & FMTM in minutes. I remember 3*ing FTMT before I went to work that day it was released. I don't know if I'm losing my touch here but I'm feeling that 3* maxes for these levels are pretty challenging.

Am I the only one here, does anyone else think they decided to make the levels harder to keep us from blowing through them, or do I just need to practice more?

  • I agree some levels were challengeing indeed
  • Not only are some of the Utopia levels challenging, but they also bring a high level of novelty to the game. I think Utopia might be my favorite episode. I'm glad there aren't more than 10 right now. But Rovio, don't wait to long for the next batch.
  • Also if you scroll it says COMING SOON!
So there is gonna be more levels
    Utopia is tricky for sure.
  • I actually burned through the 10 levels at 3 stars faster on this update than any previous. Funnest levels they've ever done, though. Loved the billiards layout, the popcorn and bouncy licorice. It added a great new twist.
  • I don't think it's a quit complaining update, I think it just takes time to build and test new levels, especially with completely new concepts (popcorn) and all of the potential bugs/glitches that could arise that need to be tested. I actually thought FMttM was a lot more challenging from a "best possible score" perspective (not just getting 3 stars) because some of those levels (3-8?) really come down to almost pure luck to get a very high score, versus many in Utopia which just require hitting the correct shot enough times to realize a near top score. I like this update a lot and look forward to the future levels. The game just came out in March and they have already released two updates, both with new concepts and aspects of the game (orbiting pigs, popcorn etc..) that are very creative, I for one can't find anything to complain about (minus of course the whole Space Eagle issue but that's for the other discussion...)
  • Space has more frequent releases than the others. ABO had a full month and a half before their first update, then we got them once a month roughly after that. So far we've been given a lot in Space.
  • Only 10 lvls but its fine. there are other AB themes as well so...
  • I really enjoyed Space. I scored well enough to enter scores to the leader board for the first time altho I'd 3 starred & feathered everything else. Now I have to go back & try to improve scores. Maybe it wasn't
such a hot idea! But I did like most of the episodes in Space. Thought Utopia was terrific.
  • Anyone else think it's taking a very long time for rovio to release the rest of Utopia? This episode is my favorite and I'm excited to play the rest of it.
  • It's been slightly over a month. I think they are still doing quite fine.
  • I am sure it will be a big planet. But i think also that next update will be first a new Planet with 10 Levels and the further/next Updates will include probably New Levels of previous planets!
  • I really enjoyed Angry Birds Space game play. Utopia is the best so far. I believe that luck factor is included in some of the levels and game is quite challenging. But unlike all other Angry Birds games, ABS is only that I have three stars on all levels (most of them below leaderbroad average).
