Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Level 3-21 is three starred in two steps. Build a first contraption using the tail wing. Then navigate your vehicle towards the finish line, over the hill, without crashing it. No Krak Snap is allowed on this one. In the second contraption, we removed the tail wing, as it is a forbidden part. Now navigate your vehicle straight to the hill side so that it crashes, and sends the pig over to the finish line.
