Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly Bonus Level 3-VIII (3-8) can be 3-starred in one run. A two-square cart with a firework on the back can get you through most of the level just fine. That big jump at the end though is something else. Even the piggy doesn’t want to do this level again.

Strategy : After collecting the star box (and if you’re lucky enough to survive) turn off the propeller, light up the firework, wait until the cart tilts a bit rightward, turn on the propeller again for approx. 2 seconds, turn off again to make an air dive towards the finish line, and you could just pretend that you haven’t play that level.
Urging off the propeller right before getting the box helps a lot, it lets the contraption smoothly ride through the rest of the level. ;)
Variation on the contraption: place the rocket in the middle between the two boxes. The problem is that now the rear wheel will just barely clear the edge where the star is after the first jump. To make the landing easier, increase the length of the runway by a short thrust, roll up a bit on the first ramp, and let it it back down on the runway. This takes a bit of extra time, but I found it is worth it because it is much easier to land the contraption on two wheels on the other side of the jump and set it up for the big jump.

This lil’ pig could play this fun level over and over again. My little nephew enjoyed it.
Seriously, I agree with @Hidayat, I managed to get to finish line safely just like he pointed out.
I have reached the level by constructing a helicopter. (just a tower of propeller, box with pig and box with motor)
First you have to flight one second, turn the propeller off and turn it on, to get the off-axis angle (pitch).
I can suggest to make this easier is to use the TNT Rocket loot item.
