- Angry Birds Under Pigstruction Soft Launch Out of cards This image sums up how I feel about Angry Birds 2. Candy Crush wannabe out to compete with Cut the Rope 2, Where's my Water? 2, and all the other "2" games made as sequels to the originals that want to capitalize on the limited lives. First the Smurfs' Village brings in sheer amounts of in-app purchases via premium currency, Temple Run further revolutionized it by making it normal currency earned in very little amounts in game but a massive number via in-app purchases, and then Candy Crush Saga ran it further down with it's stupid limited lives system. Sure there's watching adds but I got the game to play Birds, not watch advertisements just because I wanted to restart a level.I'd rather just buy the game initially for one price just like the original. Seriously is it that hard to gave us one game at one price and enjoy it than make us spend $20?
- Angry Birds 2 – The Official Sequel to Angry Birds – Out Now Worldwide! I knew they'd be doing that stupid limited lives crud, all thanks to the massive success of Candy Crush Saga and the other "2" games (Where's my Water 2 and Cut the Rope 2) all employing the same exact strategy.I'll just stick to the first one.
- Angry Birds 2 – The Official Sequel to Angry Birds – Out Now Worldwide! And let me guess. More ads that you can't skip by spending about the same price as the original Angry Birds' cost for an in-app purchase, just like AB Stella and a later version of Star Wars II. I'm fine with using money to get currency in big numbers and such, but if there's video advertisements that you are forced to watch (and after either watching or skipping it, click a tiny X on the screen while clicking anywhere else on accident instantly closes the app) then it's an instant turn-off.Cause I'm more interested in smashing pigs than being constantly interrupted to be convinced to play some stupid freenium game that's even more desperate for money.
- Build Angry Birds Themed Movies with Microsoft Movie Creator Sounds fun.
- Massive Angry Birds Stella Update Out Now Well I literally cannot play this update (along with Star Wars II) with the annoying video advertisements that you're forced to sit through. I can deal with the paywalls but these video adds that give you no rewards for watching them all the way through with a hitbox the takes you to download the obvious freenium shovelware app covering 95% of the screen is where I reach my boiling point.
- Angry Birds Star Wars 2 Revenge of the Pork Update Out Now for iOS and Android! So now when you restart a level sometimes there's forced advertisements that playJesus christ. I already bought at least $10 worth of coins prior to the update and now they're lodging annoying advertisements down my throat. I don't want to play any of these stupid medieval war-themed "Play for Free" games, I just want my Birds!
- Massive Angry Birds Stella Update Out Now Nerfed/Removed/Improved paywalls would be a big feature for any update, or someway to remove paywalls and pre-level advertisements.
- Angry Birds Stella is Out Now! Fling Your Way Across the Golden Island That Dolphins ad is the most annoying of all the ads (since it covers up MOST OF THE SCREEN making it easy to mistap and the X never appears). For crying out loud, what's so taboo about making the app a paid app so we get the full game with no Smokescreen or advertisements? Rovio was fine with doing that before, and especially since buying $10+ amount of Gold in this game DOES NOT disable the advertisements permanently, since technically the game is no longer a free game.
- Angry Birds Stella is Out Now! Fling Your Way Across the Golden Island I'm surprised that only now do they encourage in-app purchases instead of like years back when Angry Birds was first launched just a single payment to DL the app once and nothing more unless you wanted to use the Mighty Eagle.
- Angry Birds Stella is Out Now! Fling Your Way Across the Golden Island As if the idea of employing Candy Crush Saga's "gotta wait for everything before a pig wall" tradition was ever a good idea from the get go.Just let us pay like 5 dollars or so to unlock the full game without the waiting or the advertisements. For crying out loud Rovio was comfortable doing this back in late 2010/early 2011!
