After the launch of Angry Birds 2, you may have thought that Angry Bird excitement was over for the summer. But don’t get comfortable in your chaise nest just yet; there’s more flinging to be done. And in a brand new way you’ve never experienced before.
As reported on arcadeheroes.com, from July 27 to September 7 (Labor Day), all 77 Dave & Buster’s locations in the US and Canada will have the exclusive rights to Angry Birds Arcade. Arcade is a new way to play Angry Birds like you’ve never done before. You control the physical slingshot and shoot the Bad Piggies on the screen. A mix of physical and virtual.
After Labor Day, the exclusive rights agreement with Dave & Buster’s will end and Arcade will be available for inclusion at other arcades.
What do you think, Nesters? Are you excited at the thought of a physical game, or is it too gimmicky for you? No Dave & Buster’s in your area? Will you travel to play it? Squawk your thoughts in the comments below.
