One strategy for Surf and Turf level 29 is to destroy the leftmost part of the structure by firing the yellow bird low at the small vertical support (wood) beams. Next, use a reverse remi shot and aim at the vertical wood piece of the remaining left structure. Finally, take out the piece of wood from the middle platform with a high arc, popping the pigs in the chasm below. The score in the video below is 108,180.
