I actually managed to one-bird this by flinging the first bird into the very left-hand edge of the drum, which sent the bird in a high arc toward the middle structure where I zapped the two top glass supports of the central structure, and some lucky tumbling took out the bottom glass piece protecting the pigs below. No advantage to doing this though, as I haven’t been able to repeat it, and it also yielded 81k.

I missed the drum but sent the beam to the left tower anyway. Everything just slid right and down. Copy away but leave me #1 for a while? : ) Good luck all.

@earthbound – so glad it worked for you! I get so much help from people here it’s nice to send some out.
@admins – my fluke 1 bird was surprising enough. I can accept a few hundred or a couple thousand above but almost 10k above a fluke seems unlikely considering how little debris remains. And the person claiming this one is claiming several others well above 10K the existing high. If I’m wrong I’ll close my mouth and get to flinging but I’m finding this one tough to believe. Especially when the post above only managed 81K with the 1 bird. Thank you!

@Kathy @maiasatara Remember, when someone swaps a bird, it’s added to the front of the lineup, and you can do that repeatedly. So they could’ve added any number of birds to clear the level with an “0-birder” and gotten a 40k bonus for all four original birds. The way Rovio implemented swaps in this game means our conventional wisdom doesn’t really apply. :)
@swanz The leaderboard rules say when using swaps, you need to post an explanation of which birds were swapped, and your strategy with each of them. Can you please give us some insight on how you got that great score?
